Kaapsehoop Outdoor presents:

GO GREEN! RIDE AN ELECTRIC BIKE.
Our eco-friendly e-venture guided tours are enjoyed by the whole family. E-Bikes are taking the world by storm and Kaapsehoop Outdoor has brought this activity to the magical little village of Kaapsehoop for tourists and locals to experience the outdoors in the most delightful style.

Kaapsehoop is in Mpumalanga, 24 km from Nelspruit, and was originally named Duiwel’s Kantoor. The village is high up in the mountain and known for its mist, pictorial views and wild horses. In the late 1800s, it was a gold mining camp in the hills above Nelspruit and Barberton, but almost disappeared when the alluvial gold ran out. When they tarred the road in the early 1990s the town came to life again.

Kaapsehoop Outdoor has incorporated this electric bike component into tours with 3 options.

The village tour includes historical sightings and stories by local guides. Did you know the biggest gold-nugget was found in this area? (R200 pp/ R100 for passenger/ 1 hour). The forest tour is a magical journey through the plantation of Komatiland to the escarpment with beautiful views. Don’t let misty weather discourage you! Experiencing the plantation through thick mist is unforgettable. Chances are good to see the famous wild horses of Kaapsehoop, rare birds and other wild live. (R250 pp/ 125 passenger/ 1 hour)
Village and forest combo tour (R350 pp/ R175 passenger/ 90 min)
